Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture on job satisfaction. This writing is quantitative using path analysis method using Smarth PLS 2.0. The results showed that the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance, work environment on job satisfaction based on the path coefficient of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of 0.485 with a t-count value of 5.146 partial test, the t-value is greater than 1.96. Organizational culture on job satisfaction, obtained a path coefficient of 0.332 with a t-value of 4.543, where the t-value is greater than 1.96. Work environment on employee performance obtained path coefficient of 0.433 with a value of t-count 7.023> 1.96. Organizational culture on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.206 and partially the t-count value is 3.204 which is more than 1.96. Job satisfaction on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.431, while the partial test results obtained a t-count value of 6.329 which is greater than 1.96. The direct effect of the work environment on employee performance amounting to 0.433. Work environment through job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.209.
