Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru: Sebuah Survey

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru sekolah dasar (SD) di kabupaten Merauke, Papua. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran dua angket kuantitatif kepada 258 guru yang diambil secara insidental dari 1300 guru sekolah dasar yang ada di kabupaten Merauke. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja guru SD di kabupaten Merauke, Papua. Hasil penelitian ini mendemonstrasikan pentingnya peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru melalui berbagai program perbaikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.
