This study aims to determine the various channels used to market shallots. In addition, this study also analyzes the margins and distribution that exist in each institution involved in the distribution of shallots in Bolo District, Bima Regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The research involved interviews with shallot farmers, intermediary traders, wholesalers, and retailers. The results revealed that there are several marketing channels consisting of four patterns, namely: marketing channel I follows the path from shallot farmers to intermediary traders, then large traders, retailers, and finally to end consumers. Marketing channel II connects shallot farmers directly with large traders, then to retailers and consumers. Marketing channel III involves shallot farmers and retailers before reaching consumers. Meanwhile, marketing channel IV only involves shallot farmers and final consumers. In terms of margins, marketing channel I has a margin of Rp 9,000/kg, channel II of Rp 3,000/kg, channel III of Rp 1,000/kg, and channel IV produces no margin. Therefore, it is important for the government to improve the distribution system and market infrastructure so that shallot marketing margins can increase.</em></p> M. Kemiri, Kamonji Village, West Palu District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Based on observations that have been made at Rofa Bakery, there is a problem currently being faced, namely the increasing demand for white bread compared to other types of bread, which has resulted in consumers often running out of stock of white bread at Rofa Bakery and other types of bread becoming less popular. This research aims to determine the influence of the price of other bread (X1), consumer income (X2), number of family dependents (X3), and taste (D1) on consumer demand for white bread at Rofa Bakery in Palu City. Determining respondents used incidental sampling, the number of respondents in this study was 30 respondents. The research applied a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature review, supported by SWOT analysis as a strategic evaluation tool. The findings indicate that JIT implementation, supported by GPS technology, CCTV, and vehicle queuing systems, enhances delivery timeliness, reduces waste, and strengthens coordination between field supervisors and drivers. SWOT analysis identifies strengths in distribution efficiency, opportunities in the growing demand for fuel in agribusiness, weaknesses in signal dependency and limited direct distribution to farmers, and threats from inadequate road infrastructure and extreme weather. Strategy formulations of SO, WO, ST, and WT were developed to respond to the company’s internal and external conditions. The results confirm that an aggressive JIT-based strategy can improve fuel distribution efficiency adaptively, ensure sustainable energy supply, and reinforce the company’s competitiveness in the agribusiness&nbsp;sector.</em></p> Iranita Haryono Abd.Rauf Marsya Syam Randi Rahmadi Muh. Karunia Kencana Permaisejati – Kalimantan Tengah https://ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/7270 <p align="justify"><em>Harvester productivity is a crucial factor in supporting the operational performance of oil palm plantations. This study aims to analyze the effects of age, length of service, and regional origin on fresh fruit bunch (FFB) productivity per harvester using a panel data regression approach. The study was conducted as a case study at PT Karunia Kencana Permaisejati using monthly productivity data from December 2024 to November 2025. The dataset comprises 118 harvesters observed over a 12-month period after data cleaning by excluding zero productivity values. FFB productivity per harvester (tons/month) was used as the dependent variable, while age, length of service, and region of origin (Central Java, East Java, and East Nusa Tenggara) were used as independent variables. The results indicate significant variations in productivity across individuals and time periods. Age shows a positive but limited effect on productivity, whereas length of service has a positive and significant influence, highlighting the important role of work experience in improving harvesting performance. In addition, regional origin contributes to differences in productivity within the context of the study, with harvesters from East Java and East Nusa Tenggara exhibiting higher average productivity compared to those from Central Java.
