This research star from November 2019 to January 2020 in the Pohuwato University experimental garden. The experiment used a Factor Two Factor (F2F) experiment in a Randomized Block Design (RBD), The first factor is the use of AB-mix with three levels, AB-mix, AB-mix 1.2 ml/l, and AB-mix 1.8 ml/l. The second factor is the use of POC Nasa with two levels, namely POC Nasa 5 ml/l and POC Nasa 10 ml/l. So that there are 6 treatment combinations, where each treatment is repeated 3 times with a total unit experiment of 18 units. The results showed that the giving of AB-mix nutrition 1.2 ml/l, at the age of 6 MST gave the best growth height (5,944 cm) and number of leaves (15,750 strands) on pakcoy plants. Whereas the giving of POC Nasa at the age of 6 MST gave the best results in the treatment of 10 ml/l at plant height parameters (5.556 cm). However, there was no interaction between the treatment of AB-mix and POC Nasa for pakcoy plant growth.

Keywords: Hydroponics, AB-mix, Pakcoy, POC
2020-06-19T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agro/article/view/3053 Pengaruh Jarak Tanam Sistem Tabela Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa L) 2020-07-27T08:27:36+07:00 Mukhlisin A mukhlisin@gmail.com Rosmala Widijastuti rosmala@unmus.ac.id Yosehi Mekiuw Yosehi@unmus.ac.id

This study aims to determine the effect of several types of bioactivators on composting and nutrient content of N and Fe in the compost of Kempaan leaf gambier waste. This research was conducted at the Compost House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Methodist University of Indonesia, Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District, Medan City, with a height of ± 32 meters above sea level (asl), which was carried out from January 2019 to February 2019. This study used a total of 3 treatment. The first treatment of EM-4 consisted of 1 level of P1 = 10 ml EM- 4/1 liter of water / 10 kg of gambier leaf compressed waste, the second treatment of Bio-Triba consisted of 3 levels of P2 = 8 ml of Bio-Triba / 1 liter of water. / 10 kg of gambier leaf compressed waste, P3 = 10 ml Bio-Triba / 1 liter water / 10 kg gambier leaf compressing waste, P4 = 12 ml Bio-Triba / 1 liter water / 10 kg gambier leaf compressing waste, third treatment giving M -Dec with 4 levels P5 = 8g M-Dec / 1 liter water / 10 kg gambier leaf compressed waste, P6 = 10g M-Dec / 1 liter water / 10 kg gambier leaf compressed waste, P7 = 12g M-Dec / 1 liter water / 10 kg of gambier leaf compressed waste, P8 = 14g M-Dec / 1 liter of water / 10 kg gambier leaf compressed waste. The results of this study indicate that the effect of several types of bioactivators on the composting of Gambir leaf pressed waste against EM-4, Bio-Triba, and M-Dec treatment on the nutrient content of N-Total, Fe and C / N ratio has met the Specifications for Organic Compost SNI 19- 7030-2004. However, the content of C-Organic, moisture content and pH do not meet the SNI 19-7030-2004 Organic Compost Specifications.

Keywords: Gambir Leaves Campaign Waste, Bioactivator, N, Fe
2021-02-01T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agro/article/view/3588 VIABILITY TEST AND ANALYSIS OF LOCAL RICE GROWTH (Oryza sativa L.) WITH THE TREATMENT OF VARIOUS CONCENTRATIONS PHOLYETHYLENE GLYCOL (PEG) 6000 2021-04-28T09:49:14+07:00 Haerani A Mayasari Irianti ranimayasari2203@gmail.com rosmala widijastuti rosmalawj@gmail.com Nurhening Yuni Ekowati nurhening2@gmail.com
Indonesia is a country that has a wealth of germplasm diversity. One of the potential of germplasm in Indonesia which is quite a lot and diverse is rice plants. Increased rice production is increasingly needed given the increasing need for rice consumption and population. One of the main factors that determine the success of increasing production in rice cultivation is rice seeds. The availability of quality seeds causes the plants produced have good quality and high production levels. Some things that can cause a decrease in the quality of seeds is the water content that is not right during the storage period. One way that is often used to increase seed vigor is by invigoration treatment. One of the compounds commonly used in research for invigoration treatment is Polyethylene glycol (PEG). The local rice plant that grows in Merauke according to farmers' information is Palenok. This rice grows and develops in swamps. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of various concentrations of PEG 6000 on the viability and growth of local rice seeds. This research was carried out at the Agrotechnology Laboratory and the Agrotechnology Screen House of Musamus Merauke University, from July to October 2018. Presentation and analysis of the data in this study was conducted descriptively. The results showed that the PEG 6000 concentration of 15% (P3) treatment gave the best average for germination parameters and for plant growth parameters the PEG 6000 0% (P0) treatment gave the best average for parameters of plant height, number of leaves and number of tillers.

Keywords: viability; local rice; Polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000
2020-06-19T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
