This research was conducted at the Screen
House Laboratory of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Musamus University, Merauke in JuneSeptember 2018. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAKF). The first factor is compost
and the second factor consists of liquid organic fertilizer. The two factors after being combined obtained
16 treatments which were repeated 3 times to obtain 48 treatment units. Based on the results of the study,
it was concluded that the analysis of the growth variance of celery on the application of a combination dose
of liquid organic fertilizer and compost showed no significant effect. On the variable plant height, the
combination treatment of A3N3 (compost 60 g/plant and POC 4 ml/liter) gave the highest plant height of
26.00 cm, the variable number of leaf stalks in the A3N0 treatment (compost 60 g/plant and POC 0 ml/liter)
gave The result of the number of petioles was 14.33 strands, and the variable number of tillers of A3N0
treatment plants (60 g compost/plant and 4 ml POC/liter) gave 2.67 tillers.
Key words : Apium graveolens L, POC, Compost
2023-05-08T03:57:09+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agro/article/view/5217PERBANDINGAN TOKSISITAS EKSTRAK DAUN MIMBA (Azadirachta indica A.Juss) DAN DAUN MINDI (Melia azedarach) ASAL MERAUKE TERHAD.pdf2023-05-23T03:39:15+00:00Prisca Rosumbrepriscajana18merauke@gmail.comjoana mendesjoannamendes@unmus.ac.idJefri Sembiringjsembiring@unmus.ac.idR Kusumahkusumah_faperta@unmus.ac.idNY Ekowatinurhening@unmus.ac.id
Plutella xylostella is a major pest on cabbage plants. At times of hight population numbers, the larvae will eat all the leaves and leave only the bones of the leaves, this will cause severe damage, thereby reducing production yields. The result are quickly seen despite the negative impact, as a result the crops that should be of hight quality and nutrition become contaminated with chemical pesticide residues and are dangerous if consumed. The results showed that the highest mortality was in the single test of neem leaf extract, which was 57% and the highest mortality was in the mindi leaf extract which was 33%.

Keywords: Mortality, Plutella xylostella, Leaves of Neem, Leaves of Mindi
2023-05-23T03:39:15+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
