ANALISIS PERAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN ATAS EFEK WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explain the influence and causal relationship between one variable and another so that a model can be formulated that describes the relationship between the various variables studied, including: 1) Free variables; Work-Family Conflict, 2) Mediation variables; Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance, and 3) Bound Variables; Turnover Intention. Based on this, this study includes explanatory research or causality research. Furthermore, it is analyzed by Descriptive Statistics method through Frequency Distribution, and Inferential Analysis using Path Analysis processed through Smart PLS statistics program. The population in this study was Karyaran Indosinar Corp  which amounted to 390 people. Based on slovin formula above, it can be determined by using a research sample using a 10% accuracy limit of 80 respondents. The way used to analyze and interpret data is descriptive statistical analysis and verificative analysis using Structural Equation Model based on variance or called Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS consists of validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing technique.
