Abstract

   The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on the performance of the apparatus Onggaya village Nokenjerai district.

       This study was made to determine the effect on performance monitoring apparatus Onggaraya village Nokenjerai district, the sample in this study is the village officials and community leaders as many as 31 people.

       The results show that positive and significant oversight on the performance of the apparatus Onggaya village.
