Implementasi Penyaluran Hibah Air Minum Perkotaan PDAM Tirta Dharma
Abstract
Low-income communities (MBR) in Kedunggalar District face difficulty accessing clean water during the dry season. To address this, PDAM Tirta Dharma has provided grants for urban drinking water distribution in the area. This study aims to examine and describe the implementation of these grants for MBR in Kedunggalar District, Ngawi Regency. The study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the distribution of urban drinking water grants by PDAM Tirta Dharma in Kedunggalar District has been successful and aligned with existing theories. However, it is recommended that socialization activities related to the distribution of these grants should be improved between PDAM Tirta Dharma officers and village officials, so that MBR can have a better understanding of how the grants are being implemented.
