Hubungan Fungsi Kepemimpinan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership functions to employee work performance in the joint life insurance (JLI) company Bumiputera Merauke branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique is total sampling so the number of samples is all employees, amounting to 33 people. This study uses data analysis techniques that are simple linear regression and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 23 statistical tools. The results show that the leadership function is significantly related to work performance, this can be seen from the t count 2.454> t table 1.695 while the significant value is 0, 02 smaller than 0.05. Validity test that the independent variable and the dependent variable has a value of r count 0.421> r table 0.344. From the reliability test it is known that the independent and dependent variables have Cronbach's alpha values above 0.60. Thus it can be concluded that the instrument used is reliable because 0.940 and 0.940> 0.60.
