Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of the Merauke Regency Environmental Service totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used was Total sampling, so that the entire population was used as a sample. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires, interviews, literature and documentation. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 22 tool.

The results of this study indicate that for the leadership variable (X1) it is known that tcount = 4.606 > ttable = 1.67722 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Then for the organizational culture variable (X2) it is known that tcount = 3.640> ttable = 1.67722 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, meaning that organizational culture partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Finally, with Fcount (15.335) > Ftable (2.80), which can be interpreted as meaning that simultaneously leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.
