Merauke Regency is an area with enormous agricultural potential, especially in the food crop and horticultural sectors. However, the process of managing harvest data in this area is still done manually, which often causes delays in providing information, lack of data accuracy, and difficulties in accessing the required information. This condition becomes an obstacle in supporting decision making and preparation of work programs by the relevant agencies. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system that can assist in recording, searching and presenting agricultural harvest data in Merauke Regency. This system is designed so that users can display data based on plant type, regional location and harvest year. It is hoped that this system can support agricultural information needs more precisely and be easily accessible by the agricultural department.  System development uses the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing stages. Testing was carried out using the Black Box method, and all system functions ran according to specifications without any errors being found. Next, UAT testing was carried out on five respondents, with an average assessment result of 4.32 on a scale of 5, which shows that the system has met user expectations and needs.
