Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) system for managing vendor data at PT XYZ, which previously relied on Microsoft Forms. The use of Microsoft Forms has several limitations in meeting organizational needs, such as the absence of automatic file management based on vendor identity, lack of role-based access control to differentiate user roles, and the unavailability of a structured multi-step form workflow. Therefore, a system equipped with features such as step-locking logic, auto-foldering based on vendor identity, role-based dashboards, automated email notifications, and cookie-based session security is proposed. The research method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system improves the efficiency of vendor data management, reduces data duplication, and supports compliance with anti-bribery and corruption policies. Thus, the system is considered feasible as a supporting tool for managing vendor compliance in the company.
