Peran Pemerintah Kampung dalam Memfasilitasi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the role of the village government in facilitating micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Nggayu Village, Ulilin District. This research was carried out for approximately 1 month, and the research location was Nggayu Village, Ulilin District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with technical data analysis using sources according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The number of informants in this research was 13 informants. The results of research and research discussions show that the role of the village government in facilitating MSMEs in Nggayu Village, Ulilin District, is still less than optimal because not all industrial MSMEs in Nggayu Village are facilitated by the Village Government through BUMK, even though these MSMEs really help the village community in terms of increasing economic value and also reducing the level of poverty in Nggayu Village, Merauke Regency. This can be seen from the indicators examined in this research, where business training does not involve business actors, so business training does not provide benefits and positive impacts for business actors. Then BUMK only provided capital assistance to 2 industrial business actors, while other industrial businesses did not receive capital assistance, so they ran their businesses with their capital.
