Pengaruh Pelayanan Dan Koleksi Buku Terhadap Kunjungan Pemustaka Pada Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Musi Rawas

Abstrak

This research was conducted at the Musi Rawas Regency Library and Archives. The research focused on community visits (users), services and book collections. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of services on user visits to the Musi Rawas Regency Library and Archives.  to analyze the influence of collections on user visits to the Musi Rawas Regency Library and Archives and to analyze the influence of services and collections simultaneously on user visits to the Musi Rawas Regency Library and Archives. The research respondents were 32 users who visited the Library and archives of Musi Rawas Regency. The main method used to obtain data is a questionnaire. Data obtained from research results were analyzed quantitatively. To determine the effect of book services and collections on user visits, multiple linear regression was used, to test the hypothesis the t test was used. The research results show that the services provided by the Musi Rawas library are quite good, the book collection is sufficient and user visits are sufficient, but cannot be said to be many or very many. The influence of service and book collection on user visits is partially proven based on the t value X1 (service) 3.545 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05 and t count X2 (book collection) 4.872 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the influence of service and book collection on user visits is proven by the results of the F test with a calculated F value of 113.516 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
