Pendampingan Pemulihan Fungsi Administrasi Kampung dalam Penguatan Kapasitas Aparatur dan Kemandirian Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Papua Selatan
Abstract
Village administration that does not function optimally remains a major challenge in managing Village Funds in South Papua. Limited administrative capacity of village officials, weak financial management skills, and low public awareness of development objectives have reduced the effectiveness of Village Fund utilization. This community service activity aims to restore village administrative functions by strengthening the capacity of village officials and enhancing community awareness to support independent Village Fund management. The methods employed include community education, training for village officials, and participatory administrative assistance. Activities were conducted through socialization sessions, basic administrative training, assistance in preparing financial and activity reports, and community discussions. The results indicate improved understanding and skills among village officials in managing administrative and financial tasks more systematically and accountably. Furthermore, community members demonstrated increased awareness of the importance of village development planning and their role in supporting development programs. This activity contributes to enhancing community knowledge and strengthening village self-reliance in sustainable Village Fund management.
