Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work environment determination faktors on the performance of the Revenue, Finance and Regional Asset Management Agency of South Papua Province. This study is a quantitative study that is associative in nature. The data used are primary data whose data collection uses questionnaires and interviews. Determination of the sample uses the total sampling method with a sample size of 60 employees. In this study, the researcher used quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study using the F test and t test show that the Determination Faktors of Organizational Commitment and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on BPPKAD Performance, Determination Faktors of Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on BPPKAD Performance and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on BPPKAD Performance. In the coefficient of determination test, the data results obtained were 58.5% which can be explained by the determination faktors of organizational commitment and work environment, while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
