Abstract

The main research problem is the gap between the culture of the administration and its policies,the extent of its application of justice and the development of organizational trust between it and the employees of the Directorate of youth and sports in Dhi Qar governorate and its impact on affiliation and organizational citizenship behaviors in order to improve its image in society, raise its competitiveness, make its outputs distinguished by quality and increase the degrees of loyalty and affiliation among its employees in order to raise their performance level. the aim of this research is to find out the role of organizational justice and organizational trust in promoting affiliation and organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of the Directorate of youth and sports in Dhi Qar governorate compare and measure the levels of the studied variables and have been The research was conducted on an intentional sample composed of employees of the Directorate of youth and sports in Dhi Qar governorate, where (133) questionnaires designed by the researcher were distributed, and after analyzing the results, it turned out that the results of the respondents were average in terms of organizational justice, as the employees of the Directorate of youth and sports have a good level of perception of the extent regulation and its impact on Organizational citizenship behaviors and job affiliation
