Abstract

Merauke Regency is one of the potential centers or areas for the development of beef cattle, where the stock of beef is always increasing every year. Therefore, further processing is necessary, including processing them into meatballs. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of consumer purchasing decision behavior on cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors. as well as to determine the more dominant factor on purchasing decision behavior. The research results show that the variables of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors together have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decision behavior on UD Adrifa's beef meatballs, amounting to 65.6%. The results of the partial test show that the cultural factor has an influence of 44.4%, the personal factor has an influence of 37.2%, the psychological factor has an influence of 29.0%, and the social factor has no influence on consumer purchasing decision behavior in buying UD Adrifa's beef meatballs, with a value of -22.2%.
